The Company is governed by a Board of Directors that provides it with policy direction and general guidance.
The ESCF Facilities Limited having obtained necessary certifications from relevant agencies has the human, material and legal capacities to undertake diverse environmental assessments, develop environmental projects and carry out trainings for institutions, public and private companies. These certifications and approvals include those from the Federal Ministry of Environment; the National Environmental Standards and Regulations Enforcement Agency etc.
